For expedited shipping, please place your order by phone. Residents of the United States and Canada: Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), using Priority Mail or Airmail. The following chart is for your information only - you do not have to remember these figures. Shipping charges will automatically be added to orders placed online using our shopping cart system. This same shipping chart appears on the printable order form so you can add the appropriate shipping charge to orders sent by mail. All amounts shown are in US dollars.
